Supporting NWTF Outreach Programs

Women in the Outdoors, Jakes, Wheelin' Sportsmen
The NWTF Outreach Programs provide,
Women (WITO), Youngsers (JAKES), and Disabled Sportsmen (Wheelin' Sportsmen)
opportunities to enjoy outdoor activities including, shooting, archery, and fishing.

Youngsters are given the opportunity to learn shooting basics and safety with our
Portable, Inflatable, BB-Gun Range and also learn Archery with our Universal Genesis Bows suitable for all ages.

The New River Longbeards Chapter opted to purchase our own portable range in order to keep this program viable in our ares.

The Trailer contains equipment for our Jakes Days and includes:
an inflatable, self-contained 15' BB Gun Range, Archery Equipment, Fishing Tackle and more!

The Outreach Trailer and Equipment was paid for by generous donations from our Trailer Sponors.

New River Longbeards Chapter is promoting the NWTF,
we will have the JTA Range with us as an Amabssador to the NWTF

Wheelin' Sportsmen

Wheelin' Sportsmen provides all people with disabilities opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.
With more than 50 million people with disabilities in the United States,
Wheelin' Sportsmen fills a significant void.

NWTF chapters host Wheelin' Sportsmen events across North America
that help participants gain a sense of independence by learning to stay active
in the outdoors on their own in between Wheelin' Sportsmen events.

Event participants can enjoy activities like hunting, fishing and shooting.

In addition to local chapter events,
The NWTF's Wheelin' Sportsmen hosts an assortment of other national events.
